Our Mission
St. John’s Jesuit develops Christian leaders. As a Catholic school in the Jesuit tradition, we inspire each student to achieve his greatest potential in a diverse, Christ-centered atmosphere distinguished by academic success and service as a Man for Others.
Jesuit Tradition Sets St. John’s Apart
Jesuit schools are steeped in tradition and philosophy that runs five-centuries deep. An education at SJJ encourages an open mind, fosters intellectual competence, models love for humankind by placing others before the self, teaches a commitment to justice by speaking up for those who are silenced, and instills religion as a foundation for a successful life. With a 12:1 student-faculty ratio, students benefit from the individualized care in an all-boys learning environment. Titans learn to ask the difficult questions, to seek faith and justice through service, and to think critically about the world around them.

At St. John’s Jesuit we have a large Catholic student population, as well as a substantial number of students who practice other faiths. Our young men come together in the spirit of St. Ignatius to create an incredibly diverse and enriched middle and high school experience, largely due to the generosity of our alumni and friends who give support to more than seventy-five percent of current families.
